Returns
We really hope you love every NOBODY NAILS item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.
Please note returns for refund are permitted only if item (S) received is (are) damaged, defective, or incorrect. All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase from nobodynails.com for any reason, please return it to us in its original condition. Return shipping and handlig fees ($6) are customer responsibility. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping fee unless the return is the result of defective product.
Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received your refund/exchange, we will not be able to honor refunds/exchanges without valid proof of postage.
Please note, if 30 days has expired then unfortunately we are unable to accept your return and it will be sent back to you.
